Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All Fried Bear Studio products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. During busy periods such as holidays or following new product releases, processing times may be extended. Estimated dispatch times for individual products are also indicated on their product listings.

You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

We ship to all addresses within Japan. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–5 business days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size and weight of your order.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you would like tracking on your order, a tracked shipping option is available for an additional fee at checkout. We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping for high-value orders or if you are ordering from a region with slower customs processing.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to locate or intervene on untracked shipments.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by your country of import. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these charges. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure.

We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs documentation. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or under-declare their value.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@friedbear.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the damage. We will assess each case individually.

For untracked shipments that do not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please allow additional time before contacting us, as delays can occur especially during busy postal periods. We are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit on untracked shipments, and strongly encourage selecting tracked shipping if this is a concern.
