Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made by hand with care, and minor variations in cutting, printing, or finishing of approximately 1–2mm are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@friedbear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will evaluate each case individually and work to make it right.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at contact@friedbear.com within 7 days and we will resolve the issue.

Return Address

If a return is approved by us, we will provide the return address at that time. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sale Items

We do not accept returns on sale items.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at contact@friedbear.com to initiate the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@friedbear.com.

当店の商品はすべてハンドメイドのため、基本的に返品・交換はお受けできません。一点一点丁寧に手作りしておりますが、カットのズレや印刷のわずかなムラなど1〜2mm程度の誤差はハンドメイド品の特性であり、不良品とはみなしておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。

初期不良・破損品について

商品が破損した状態で届いた場合や、明らかな初期不良がある場合は、商品到着後7日以内にcontact@friedbear.comまでご連絡ください。その際、注文番号と破損箇所の写真をお送りください。個別に対応いたします。

誤送品について

万が一、ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、7日以内にcontact@friedbear.comまでご連絡ください。速やかに対応いたします。

返送先住所

返品が承認された場合、その時点で返送先住所をお知らせいたします。事前にご連絡なく返送された商品はお受け取りできませんのでご注意ください。

セール品について

セール品の返品・返金はお受けできません。

EU在住のお客様へ

欧州連合（EU）への発送の場合、商品受け取りから14日以内であれば、理由を問わずキャンセル・返品が可能です（EU消費者保護法に基づく）。返品をご希望の場合は、contact@friedbear.comまでご連絡ください。商品は未使用・元の包装のままである必要があります。返送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。

返金について

返品商品の受け取り・確認後、3営業日以内に返金の可否をご連絡いたします。返金が承認された場合は、ご注文時のお支払い方法に返金処理を行います。お客様のご利用の銀行やカード会社の処理に最大10営業日かかる場合があります。返金承認から15営業日以上経過しても返金が確認できない場合は、contact@friedbear.comまでご連絡ください。
